Postage & Packaging
The standard postage and packaging cost to the UK is £3.95 per order for up to 10 items.
If you would like to order over 10 items, please contact us to place your order on 0871 911 1725. Postage for orders over 10 items is £10.00.

Delivery of your Order
Orders received by post and orders left on our automated phone service are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders left Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day.
Generally online orders and orders placed live with an operator in our Customer Services Department are processed immediately.
Goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Should we experience any delays with stock we will endeavour to contact you if the delivery time is going to exceed 14 days.
